{"id":3316,"date":"2021-02-19T19:20:36","date_gmt":"2021-02-19T22:20:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/globalattitude.org.br\/advogar-causas-hoje-em-dia-como-defender-suas-ideias-e-ideais-sem-agredir\/"},"modified":"2023-04-28T11:29:27","modified_gmt":"2023-04-28T14:29:27","slug":"advogar-causas-hoje-em-dia-como-defender-suas-ideias-e-ideais-sem-agredir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/globalattitude.org.br\/en\/advogar-causas-hoje-em-dia-como-defender-suas-ideias-e-ideais-sem-agredir\/","title":{"rendered":"Advogar causas hoje em dia: como defender suas ideias e ideais sem agredir"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vivemos uma \u00e9poca b\u00e9lica, a dita era do extremismo, repleta de Fake News e sem nenhuma hierarquia da informa\u00e7\u00e3o, o tio da WhatsApp tem o mesmo valor que o cientista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O que acontece \u00e9 que nossa estrat\u00e9gia de di\u00e1logo est\u00e1 errada, tentamos mostrar aos outros que estamos certos, esquecendo que todos se acham donos da verdade, inclusive nosso interlocutor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O nome desse efeito \u00e9 paradigma de domina\u00e7\u00e3o, por culpa dele precisamos mostrar que outro est\u00e1 errado, pois s\u00f3 assim estaremos certos, rotulando o outro lado como inimigo recebemos o mesmo tratamento\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Essa estrat\u00e9gia inevitavelmente leva a um ciclo vicioso, tornando a solu\u00e7\u00e3o diplom\u00e1tica imposs\u00edvel e leva inevitavelmente ao agravamento das rela\u00e7\u00f5es. Isso tamb\u00e9m frequentemente resulta em uma tend\u00eancia de reduzir os motivos mais complexos de um advers\u00e1rio \u00e0 simples promo\u00e7\u00e3o do mal puro ou burrice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A \u00fanica forma de quebrar o ciclo de \u00f3dio \u00e9 iniciar outro ciclo, de toler\u00e2ncia e respeito, isso n\u00e3o significa concordar com o outro, mas estar disposto a conversar, reconhecer que pode estar errado e ter um di\u00e1logo amig\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por exemplo, certa vez Leonard Edward Read, economista e escritor, recebeu uma carta de um sindicalista, algu\u00e9m totalmente contr\u00e1rio \u00e0 suas posi\u00e7\u00f5es, atacando um artigo escrito por Read e o pr\u00f3prio Read, segundo esse mesmo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ele poderia ter ignorado ou respondido com ofensas, mas a estrat\u00e9gia tomada foi escrever uma carta explicando ponto a ponto suas ideias, o resultado foi que o sindicalista respondeu com uma carta, se desculpando pelas ofensas e iniciando um di\u00e1logo amig\u00e1vel atrav\u00e9s da troca mensal de cartas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O que fez a postura do sindicalista mudar, inclusive passando a concordar com certos pontos de Read, foi encontrar algu\u00e9m disposto a dialogar no lugar de um inimigo com armas em m\u00e3o, como ele esperava.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o \u00e9 uma tarefa f\u00e1cil, muitas vezes \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio engolir alguns sapos, mas o primeiro passo para dialogar e lembrar que do outro lado existe um ser humano como voc\u00ea, com sentimentos, experi\u00eancias e necessidades pr\u00f3prias, n\u00e3o se trata s\u00f3 de impor sua verdade, se trata de como a sua verdade vai afetar a vida dele, talvez seja necess\u00e1rio fazer mudan\u00e7as na sua verdade, e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 nada de errado com isso, \u00e9 apenas um sinal de maturidade. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vivemos uma \u00e9poca b\u00e9lica, a dita era do extremismo, repleta de Fake News e sem nenhuma hierarquia da informa\u00e7\u00e3o, o tio da WhatsApp tem o mesmo valor que o cientista.
